Fees based on project type

• Industrial Tilt Walls - $250 per building *design build add $50 per building

• Multi-story Office Core/Shell - $500 up to five levels + $50 per floor after five

• Parking Garage - $500 up to three levels + $50 per floor after three

• Hotel/Dorm/Multi-Family - $1,000 + $50 per floor
